Site Selection and Management

The careful screening and selection of investigative sites with strong enrollment capability is considered to be one of the critical success factors in the progress of any clinical study. ResearchPoint locates sites through our Investigators database, Sponsor recommendations, and site referrals.

ResearchPoint CRAs develop a relationship with the sites starting at site identification.  This early relationship fosters good communication between the CRA and sites, and promotes CRA accountability for site performance.

When team continuity extends beyond the obvious sponsor-vendor relationship to also include the investigative sites and their staff, the collaboration benefits all involved.  ResearchPoint strongly believes that effective site management strategies and maintenance of good relationships with the sites are critical factors in a successful and productive partnership with those sites.  We only have an A-team.
