Within your first months of employment, you'll participate in a comprehensive orientation and training program designed to help you understand ResearchPoint drivers, business, markets, Good Clinical Practices, and our commitment to our customers and participant safety. We expect our employees to take an active role in their own development and career planning. You’ll have opportunities to work with your Manager and our Training Group to establish your interests and needs. Training and development opportunities are made available to all employees. These are voluntary programs, and it is up to the employee to participate and learn from them.

Our selective employment process helps keep us at the forefront of our industry and assures our sponsor that we truly do not have a “B Team.”
If after the 1st interview we mutually agree you will be invited in to meet with a number of our people. This gives you the opportunity to experience and view our culture and people first hand. You will typically meet a range of people from across the organization, even including those outside your Business Unit.
When it’s right:
When we are in agreement that the fit is mutual, we’ll extend a written offer to you. Upon acceptance we’ll work out an agreeable start date, and provide you with a schedule for your first week of orientation and training.
